We’re having an Open House Ground School focusing on VFR Pilots in VMC. Every year, VFR and IFR pilots fly inadvertently from visual flight conditions into instrument flight conditions, otherwise known as VFR into IMC. Sadly the results are often tragic.

Let’s meet at the EAA Club Room at I18, the Jackson County Airport on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 6pm – 9pm, to learn how we can mitigate this issue and reverse the trend!

Once the lecture portion is completed, you will apply your new knowledge to Jackson County Airport’s Gleim-powered FAA-approved simulator!

Like the last meetup, the entrance fee will be a minimum donation of $5 to the N4068X Maintenance Fund. So, are you a pilot, a student pilot, or a rusty pilot, who wants to improve your safety?
